REFEREE STORIES BEYOND THE STRIPES
How I Travel With One Backpack as a Ref
Game-Ready Anywhere: How I Travel With One Backpack as a Ref
After years of traveling for games, I learned that forgetting one small item can throw off your entire trip—and sometimes your entire performance. Packing smart became just as important as preparing physically and mentally. I built this referee travel list to make life simpler, not more complicated. Everything I carry fits into my Osprey 27-liter backpack, which stays under the seat in front of me and keeps me moving fast and stress-free. If an item doesn’t earn its place, it doesn’t make the cut.
PalmCon 2022
Great turnout at this weeks PalmCon. Thank you everyone who stopped by my table. I love building new relationships with my audience. Thank you for keeping Fouls and Violations going.Check out some of my pics from the event.
He doesn’t Like me
I had two off-ball offensive fouls. The coach didn’t believe either. He said, “They’re flopping.” They weren’t. In the first play, the ball was transitioning up the court in the backcourt. I didn’t get all of the information.
For the good of the game Thank you coach.
Once upon a time I had a coach that received a technical foul and a warning for unsportsmanlike behavior from me every game. On several occasions he was ejected.
